Testing & Inspection
Our in-house laboratory is equipped with precision measurement instruments including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), profile projectors, surface roughness testers, and hardness testers. Critical dimensions are monitored using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods.
Each shipment batch undergoes: dimensional accuracy inspection, surface finish quality check, hardness testing, salt spray corrosion testing (on request), load and endurance testing (on request).
Continuous Improvement
We drive continuous quality improvement through a structured Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process. Customer feedback and internal audit findings serve as key inputs for process optimization.
Monthly quality review meetings analyze defect rates and customer complaint data to ensure issues are closed out with effective corrective actions.
